Resident Leadership Academy
The Resident Leadership Academy (RLA) is a curriculum based, community health organizing project that empowers residents to make positive changes in their communities. Upon graduation from the RLA program, resident leaders will focus on a community improvement plan (CIP) and they will work with local community partners to make reach their goal.

The Resident Leadership Academy (RLA) program consists of local Escondido residents who are interested in making a difference in their community, held quarterly. People of all ages are welcome!
