Our services are designed to engage others to take an active role in their education.

GED/HiSET Academic Assistance

This program is aims to support individuals 18-27 years of age in obtaining their GED, HiSET or High School Diploma through academic support, tutoring, case management, and wrap around services.

STEAM-to-Careers

Every Student, Every Family: STEAM-to-Careers is a free after-school extended learning program tailored to high school students in Escondido High School. Afterschool programming features Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) and literacy focused enrichment activities and is held at the Escondido High School Tuesday through Thursday 3:30-5pm. COMPACT facilitates a12 week Careers in Healthcare cohort to support this program.

Tutoring & Learning Sessions

Join us at the Manzanita Apartments Learning Center for free tutoring 3 times a week! Tutoring will be open to Escondido youth residents ages 11-18 years old. Students will receive academic support with homework, test preparation, & goal setting. We will also be offering workshops on resume building, leadership skills, filling out the FAFSA application, college & career exploration, and much more!
