Career Day
Every year, COMPACT partners with the Escondido Union School District and local businesses to bring the classroom to life. We coordinate speakers to come into our middle school classrooms to provide students first hand knowledge of a variety of career pathways. Our speakers share career information based on their current or former employment history. All speakers are volunteers who are eager to share their expertise with our youth. We are always looking for speakers who are want to give back to the community and engage with our middle school students! Career Days run November thru May.
